Every now and again, something quite impressionist but also abstract emerges from my studio. I think it has something to do with light and the subject - in this case a photo taken last year along the path to Nourlangie Rock. The painting uses quite conventional techniques and brushwork but its colours abstract the work.
Panted neatly white on the sides so will not require framing
Finished with two coats of varnish for surface protection and easy cleaning
Signed on the back with a certificate of authenticity
