Artwork Description

Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed on the back.

Mostly painted with a palette knife, this artwork is one of those happy accidents that happen when you decide not to waste paint from the day before, then add one more colour. I had on my palette pthalo blue and green, cadmium red and titanium white and added primary yellow. I decided not to mix the colours but to scoop them up neat with the palette knife and see what the results were in blending them straight onto the canvas. Some areas I worked over later with a brush. This was really a fun artwork to paint, and I'm very happy with the result.
Painted on the sides so will not require framing
Finished with two coats of varnish for surface protection and easy cleaning
Signed on the back with a certificate of authenticity
Please note - I do my best to photograph my artworks accurately, but due to differences in monitors and devices, colour and contrast may vary slightly
