Part of my "Falling Women" series, this bright colourful painting depicts women at the swimming pool. One is seen diving in, whilst others - abstracted - lie or stand around. This series explores all of the ways we fall... as women, and also more simplistically, according to common usage of the term "Falling"

This series was started during my International Art residency at Chateau d'Orquevaux in France in 2018. I intend to continue it through 2019 and some of these works will be exhibited in Melbourne in the coming months.

It will be exhibited at my Falling Women exhibition at Mulbury Gallery in Highett from 8-20 Feb 2019 and will be available again for sale after that time.
