This painting was influenced by how it was created. “Evolution: The gradual development of something”. Perhaps a strange name for a piece of art but I couldnt resist. From the very beginning of a fresh bare canvas, the idea and sketch of the design to the flowing of paint folding its colours into each other, separating into a crackle effect giving interesting visual effects and great texture to feel and touch until eventually a new creation is born.

Specifications: Quality acrylics used giving long lasting rich pigmentation/lustre. Designed on acid free environmentally unbleached cotton duck, triple coated with universal primer, gallery style folded corners, heavy duty stretcher bars to reduce warping. Protective Varnish applied to protect work.
