Alana is a multidisciplinary artist exploring links between nature, creativity & wellbeing. She has dedicated herself to ongoing research & practice with elders and traditional craft masters in India, Australia, and the Americas. Alana brings together field study in holistic movement & craft arts with 10 years teaching yoga, university studies in environmental science & Australian certifications in music and mindful-based therapies.
