As our home is surrounded by National Park, we often receive visits from native birds.

I'm still loving my metallic oils so I felt adding a geometric background would give him a push forward along with some highlights in his kingfisher wings! The metallic paint is predominantly silver mixed with grey with bronze hoops.

The background is a more modern design, reminiscent of stained glass shapes and shine. The kookaburras around here do indeed live in a cathedral of tall trees!
