I love being close to the ocean and being able to hop in the car and have a day trip to the beach or a coastal town. We have so many beautiful quirky coastal towns in Australia to visit. I love the free spirit relaxed vibe that they have, it just radiates happiness and adventures and an overall sense of calm and relaxation. This painting was inspired by my recent trip to a small coastal town where we spent the day exploring the town and its coastline. The sea was a gorgeous light blue which complimented the sunny sky. It was a windy day and I noticed the foliage blowing around and the gorgeous green tones complimenting the oceans blue. It was great to have the time to be in the moment and just take it all in. Nature at its best, it really was a stunning day.
