We are scared that things could go wrong, that things will be uncomfortable, and that things might not go as expected. But taking a leap of faith and throwing yourself into the unknown can be very rewarding. It means that you fully surrender to all expectations that you and others have ever had of yourself. I took a leap of faith deciding to paint this scene. I was determined to capture the energy and atmosphere of the water and clouds. It was definitely a challenge, but in the end, I stood back, and felt rewarded for all the time, effort and angst. This painting is UNFRAMED.
