This work explores a landscape with an event, something that has not been experienced, disembodiment and reconstitution. The feelings associated with that unusual event are explored. It is an exploration of abstractionism and painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

I like using acrylics as the colours blend so well together. This work has glittery dried acrylic as well, one image shows, side on, the effect. It is designed to catch the light.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand stretched onto a frame is 121.5 cm in width and 91 cm in height.

This work was created on 6 April 2019.

In my paintings, I use finest quality professional Liquitex acrylic paints, gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.
