This work was inspired by circular patterns seen in the rain, when neon lights filter through. The idea came to my in 1990, when I had a painting in the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, in Tokyo in 1990. I lived there for 4 years, and this is one of the works from that time.

This work is unframed and is on cardboard.

This work was created in February 1990.

In my paintings I use finest quality professional Liquitex acrylic paints, gallery canvas. Painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.

A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram - verification is attached to the image.
