Many people are going stir-crazy being in lockdown. In many countries right now we are all experiencing a form of claustrophobia with lockdowns. This painting is my emotional response to these lockdowns. Although I am not currently in lockdown I have been recently and find the social detachment difficult and so my way of coping is to 'colour' my world with comfortable isolation. Painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

The canvas is 198.1cm (W) x 106.7cm (H). The sides are painted in a dark blue as seen by the last photo.
