Acrylic on canvas, ready to hang.
Signed certificate of authenticity.
This work explores the emotion of our temporality, it gives meaning to our life as well as fear of missing those we love and the love of life. Our temporal nature has been the subject of much art and writing, yet it continues to plague, humanise, frighten, inspire, and beckon us, It is an exploration of abstractionism and painted in the style of abstract expressionism.
I like using acrylics as the colours blend so well together. This work has glittery dried acrylic as well, one image shows, side on, the effect. It is designed to catch the light.
This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand stretched onto a frame is 122 cm in height by 183 cm in width.
This work was created on 9th September 2018.
In my paintings, I use finest quality professional Liquitex acrylic paints, gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.
A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram - verification is attached to the image.
