An abstract landscape painting of a forest.
This is another painting recently "rediscovered" in my store room. These were painted and exhibited in 2013 and have not previously been for sale.
Impasto paint lines are used on this contemporary painting so that the painting appears dynamic as light reflects off a multitude of different surfaces.
The Painting is on plywood which is backed with a timber support frame made with professional quality joinery.
Only professional artist quality paints are used. The board is first sealed front and back and the sides are painted a dark tone. The painting is finished with layers of protective varnish. Heavy duty "D" rings and cord are attached so that the painting is ready to hang.
