A beautiful seascape inspired by the wild, Pindan coastline of The Kimberley region in Western Australia. I have used layer upon layer of paint with copper and gold, creating great depth and a beautiful sheen. The sides have been painted to match the front of the canvas.
When this painting is inverted, it reminds me of an aerial photograph of the ocean washing the shore of this ancient coastline.
