Her daily walks along her local beach provides much inspiration for her work as she tries to capture the mercurial nature of the Indian Ocean, as it reflects the time of day and seasons of the year, which often dictates her colour palette. Liquid acrylic swirling across the canvas has created wonderful surface patterning which beautifully mimics frothing and foaming sea water as it sprays in all directions as a wave crashes to shore.
This painting has been done on a canvas board (the canvas has been stretched over 6mm hardboard) and needs framing. It looks fantastic oriented landscape or portrait!
