This work is part of a collection of works developed from travel around Australia. Hot Springs punctuate the outback- they're delightful, moody and full of surprises. I started the work with a broad brush (20cm) and lots of colour. Then developed the composition with multiple layers of oil and cold wax to play between the surface and depth of the water.
