This magical place had a strong effect on me as soon as I saw it. It's wild rugged beauty and many moods in the light and weather. One minute strong blue sky and brilliant colours of the bush and bluest water and then the skies would cloud over and turn the water steel blue and rain and mist would descend which was probably my favourite look although very cold! Have painted this area often and it still calls to me to return.
