Coastal Banksias thrive around my home. I walk underneath their canopy and appreciate their unhindered beauty against the blue sky. I adore the olive green leaves with white undersides, the flowers that turn into cones and the way they release their seeds. They are truly beautiful in a relaxed, Aussie, no-frills kind of way.
