Sterling From Behind -610x460mm (24x18") is an oil painting done on raw stretched canvas. The subject is the lovely gentleman of a horse who actually has his own Facebook page called "Sterling's Journey". I have seen Tony O'Connor, an Irish artist (my favourite artist whom I was lucky enough to meet at his studio) do this style of painting and I wanted to see if I could do it ! And I must admit I really love the end product.
