Beautiful gum leaves from the Blue Pyrenees. I was inspired by the simple tonal quality and harmonious colours of the leaves on the cloth. The leaves appear to move around the canvas, however the blemish marks allow the eye to stop and focus, drawing us in to the still life.
This painting would hang well in a space where a medium size painting would suit for a calming natural mood . Suitable for framing or hang unframed.
