In these abstract paintings feathers made themselves apparent in the first layering of of the paint, so this idea evolved with the introduction of fine feathers and other mixed media applied to the surface to build on the feeling of the curving and swaying abstraction of a feather.

This mixed media diptych is 2 gallery wrapped canvas's, 122 (H) x 31(W)cm each. They can be hung close together or with a distance between them.

These paintings have a high gloss resin finish, but were photographed prior to the resin application. (The lines in the photograph between the paintings is the tile floor underneath.)
