Ive been a fan of Claire Baisler and love her work. My love of texture had taken me on an awesome journey experimenting with all kinds of stuff in my backgrounds‚ although they an integral part of the painting so they are hardly backgrounds. Roses are a favourite way of mine to express my love of natural beauty. Ive tried to stay away from them for a while but Im always drawn back by their intricate beauty.
