Painting's become my life saviour‚ putting me on the road to recovery‚ helping me to find myself again‚ but also to realise so much.
I seek no pity and dont want you to feel sorry for me‚ if creating more awareness and a better understanding of depression and its mindset can help others roads to recovery‚ then ive achieved something.
Like myself‚ Often those who smile the most and always apear extremely happy are putting that brave face on‚ but deep down on the inside are crying out for help‚ everyday's goal was to see another day‚ kicking goals in the most unnoticed way‚ just to see my Mum's smile everyday.
