Th Wolgan Valley is one of the most beautiful valleys in the upper Blue Mountains, NSW. This shot was taken from one of the lookouts on an unmarked track on Donkey Mountain. Using a combination of brush work and painting knife to give a natural feel of the atmosphere, distance and also rough terrain in the foreground.

The painting was painted using artist quality oils on Italian Linen.
