This still life featuring bright, whimsical flowers was based on a floral arrangement by renowned florist TJ McGrath. I elongated the tall poppies to accentuate the windy, floaty ‘Dr Seuss’ look poppies can have. Flowers and petals are scattered on the book and table also. Among the poppies, rununculas and tulips is an orange; the fruit adding another interesting shape and texture for one’s eye to take in in this visual feast of spring.
