Degree of difficulty was quite high on this piece as I try to depict figures with a palette knife on a small canvas in an impasto style. A neutral palette depicts the Australian landscape with the ocean in the background. Mother and daughters captured enjoying small moments together beachside that will later form wonderful childhood memories.
