This abstract expressionist painting was inspired by the pairs of birds flying around preparing their nests. It is a beautiful time of year and the painting will remind you of a time when new beginnings are possible. The background was done with layers of flowing acrylic paint and caran d'arche crayons and then the birds were added with more detail. It is a peaceful painting which should inspire feelings of optimism.
