Inspired by my first series of Pears and Apples. Living in the Adelaide Hills I am surrounded by apple, pear, cherry, fig orchards. The Pineapple is iconic to QLD. This painting is heavily textured - like a pineapple! It has a warm rustic feel with use of browns, golds, silvers, blacks, whites and creams. A suitable piece for a country - farm style room.
