My family often escape down the coast for a weekend of surfing and family fun....and the dog comes too!. Also inspired by the Japanese The Great Wave of Kanagawa painting. I love electric blues and metallic golds. Ive used three different shades of metallic golds in this. Sky and wave have their own textures too . The painting looks much better in real life too as hard to capture the true textures and rich turquoise blues. This painting is a real stand out piece.
