Urban Pop mixed media Painting. This work is made using Street Posters & other Recycled Materials, it takes it’s cues from City Laneways and Billboards and was overlayed with Acrylic Paint, Spray Packs, Stencils & Paint Pens.

My works are also inspired by Mexican Art and Outsider Art, and have Elements of Religious Iconography, Sacred Geometry and advertising . The Painting comes Framed in Black and mounted under a clear perspex sheet & features Marilyn Monroe.

This work has a textured finish created by built up layers, paint splatters and torn paper, a visual effect mimicking the look you would see in the street where it is created over time. These imperfections are part of the overall look and feel of the finished work.
