Inspired by watching the effortless movement or apparent “non-movement” of jellyfish in the sea. I sometimes feel like this working on my recovery from a traumatic brain injury. At times I feel like I am making good progress, while at other times, I feel like I’m not . Maybe you have times like this too, maybe its a reminder to not be so harsh on ourselves, look around and enjoy the life we have and remember those wonderful others around us – supporting and caring for us and just being our friends!
