'Incoming Tide, Cape Keraudren' is an Acrylic painting on Canvas Board 45.72 x 61.96cm and comes mounted in a rustic whitewash look style frame to total size 69.8 x 54.4 x 2.5cm. It comes ready to hang with both D Rings for Gallery hanging and traditional D rings and Picture Hanging Cord. Weight 1kg.

Cape Keraudren is a reserve located in the East Pilbara, north of Port Hedland on the Great Northern Highway, Western Australia.
A beautiful nature based reserve where you can camp out but do need to be self sufficient as there is no electricity or water provided.
In 2009 my husband Scott and I were travelling around Australia in a 40ft bus towing a trailer with a car, bike and way too much gear, but we had the best time. We could camp at most places for a few weeks as we were self sufficient with solar panels on the roof, plus generator power back up and carried 1000 litres of water. Such a beautiful spot, gorgeous sunrises, sunsets and moonrises. The stars at night time felt so close to you. The only thing that was not good was the sandflies, which loved to bite me.
The painting was actually started En Plein Air at our campsite at Cape Keraudren but was never finished until we settled in Mandurah recently. I completed the acrylic painting from my photographs taken there.
