Artwork Description

Oil on linen

Signed certificate of authenticity.

This is a late afternoon view of the former bluestone quarry at Alphington. Water now fills this part of the Darebin Wetlands above Darebin Creek. While many waterbirds normally call this man-made lake home, unfortunately I haven’t painted any in this view. Oil painting by Dai Wynn on linen. 20.3 cm high by 25.4 cm wide by 0.3 cm deep approximately.
