Each painting in this series feature blended brush work as well as impasto that is not always visible in the photo's.

I have an interest to attempt to always bring a freshness to my still lifes. I want to bring some brightness to still lifes to add some colour to a room. With this painting I use a beautiful bright light green to to bring a lovely burst of colour to the painting.

This painting is not ready to hang, it will require framing or a display stand.

This painting is 19.4 x 19.3 cm and just fits into the display frame used in the photo with the glass removed. The frame is for 20 x 20 cm work and in this case was held in the frame with tape.
