I have been going through photos of previous trips and adventures and stopped to dream about our time exploring the deserts of Southern California. I love the architectural features of the palms, cacti and plants found in the desert and love their contract with the deep blue sky and warm earthy tones of the sand and rock formations.
While we can't travel overseas I keep revisiting special places and drawing inspiration from them for my paintings.
