Mixed Media on paper

This piece was made using a traditional paper marbling method, where the inks are floated onto a carrageenan solution and adhered to Stonehenge paper coated in an alum sizing. I have then worked in details with acrylic paint to give the illusion of eyes ingrained or deeply embedded into the fabric of space time, giving a consciousness to everything that we can see. Nothing can hide from the universe, because it is perhaps one big superconscious organism or mind.

It is recommended that this piece be framed once purchased.
