I live just minutes away from Moreton Bay, and just a few minutes more to the Manly Marinas. In this mixed media work, I really wanted to capture the joy of sailing, the sounds of the wind through the sails, and the lovely graphic qualities of racing yachts with all those crisp letters and numbers on the hulls and sails. I'm loving how the top layer of ink flooding through the textures shows us speed!
