Acrylic on paper
Signed on the front.
Three owleteers by Deb Webb is a group of fluffy owls hunched together on a branch.
Painting quirky birds is a wonderful thing to do as it allows you to have even more fun when painting- they bring such a smile to you.
This painting came about when I was thinking of the number 3. In my family, there are 3 of us, in my mom's family, there were 3 siblings, in my dad's family, there were 3 siblings and now in my family, there are 3 siblings. It's a number that seems to follow me around!
So, when I saw 3 quirky owls, it made me think of family and how powerful having a family is, even if there is always one that is a little bit more quirky than the others.
This painting would look wonderful in an area where family gathers. Maybe a lounge room or a rumpus room. It feels like a reminder of family sticking together. It's colourful, it's quirky and will bring a smile to you when you see it.
