"A drop in the ocean" represents many happy summer days with friends and family at our favourite surf coast beach near Portsea. When the waves aren't too threatening, the air is warm and energy of the surf, there's no better place on earth. The beautiful colours of the ocean captured in strong sunlight, bathers eagerly awaiting the next wave. On a hot summer day, when you can't get to the beach, i hope this painting takes you some of the way and cools the air.
