Everyday I see these beautiful birds on my way to work. I'm taken back to my childhood when I'd stay at my nan's during school holidays. She had a pink and grey galah named Skippy and he'd dance all day long. They are one of my very favourite birds. My love for these birds and their soft pastel colours is what inspires me to paint them.
