I love working on linen. In this wispy style, I incorporate the colour and texture of the linen as the mid tone in the work, allowing it to be visible through areas of the painting. This bear, oh how I love him so! With his slight uppity nose and his little gold monocle. He's full of soft wispy areas, and delightful fur detail. A feature piece who stares at you from across the room. This piece is one of my all time favourites.
