Artwork Description

I paint no matter my mood. That said, my emotions and the music I'm listening to at the time influence me greatly. During times of great stress, I turn to creatures such as the horse to rebuild my inner strength and passion. Somehow the act of painting such a powerful, majestic piece is meditative and healing.

This creature was painted and inspired, and born out of the lyrics of David Bowie, and a little Johnny Cash.

"I looked and behold a pale horse, and his name that sat on him was death" words of Johnny Cash.
