When this canvas was blank I felt alot of excessive energy within myself - I felt it bottled inside and it was yearning to come out.. it felt stuck and it wanted to be free... So i didn't think.. I didn't plan.. I just let it go.. I let it out and released the energy through my art and it felt so good. It was so freeing to just throw colour.. To weave and carve it... To let it be just as it was in that moment. It was an expression.. An expulsion.. An explosion of energy onto an empty canvas and this was the result.. Energetic Release.
