This is part of an ongoing series of finger paintings that I am working on. I started doing finger painting as a way to loosen up and play with colors prior to getting my paint brushes out but am now working on the technique in it's own right. This painting is very textured with thick layers of paint, using mostly blues, purples and greens with the flash of orange of the koi/goldfish catching the eye.
