I left NZ 38 years ago. My heart melts when i return home. The south island of NZ is just breathtaking. On the way to Fiordland one is constantly dwarfed by mountains and this time during my visit i was greeted by a hoar frost...something foreign in the part of Queensland i now live in. In contrast to Australia which is abuzz with noise and heat, this particular part of NZ is still and quite.
