Hamilton island is in the Whitsunday island group off the coast of Queensland Australia. these islands are inside of the great barrier reef, so they have some of the best sailing in the world. sailing around the courses during race week, you will witness pods of whales as the humpbacks travel here each southern hemisphere winter to frolic in the warm tropical waters and give birth to their calves.
