This is one of two paintings that were inspired by a drone photo of a lake. The colours created by the salt, golden brown water, debris from plants etc is mother natures palette. The peace of being around still water surrounded by bush is very grounding and meditative.
I have used oil paints incorporating s graffito to create interesting marks within the painting,
This work is ideal hung in a small space, sitting on a shelf or top of a unit or chest of drawers.
