Artwork Description

Mixed Media on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

My travels inspire my work. Last year I visited Kew Gardens in London and was wowed by the work of Dale Chihuly, one of the most innovative glass sculptures of our time. More recently I was lucky enough to snorkel at the Great Barrier Reef and was inspired by the coral, clans and shells. I knew I had to use this to be creative. Back in my studio, experimenting with mixed media, Zi wanted to capture the glow, colour, movement and fluid lines of what I had been inspired by.
