Mixed Media on paper
Signed on the front.
During one of the various Victorian lockdowns, stems of native flowers around my home kept me inspired to paint. There is so much to love about Banksias, and a lot of rythym in the linework to draw them. Lots of fun.
It is a mixture of wet on wet watercolour, with ink and copper metallic acrylic detailing.
This piece would really suit a neutral room, with quiet, natural colours. It has a Protea Copper partner too, and would ideally sit alongside it, sitting on the left hand side, as styled.
