An interpretation of a well known classic. This artwork has been created through the use of fluid acrylic paints. The free-flowing medium has been expertly applied and manipulated to evoke the famous Starry Night. Though the influence is clear, this artwork stands on its own, and rather than being a facsimile copy, it is an original piece which merely pays homage to Van Gogh.
The cotton canvas is stretched over a pine frame. The artist has signed the front, and has applied several coats of glossy varnish, the sides are painted and it is ready to hang.
